The RFID anti-counterfeiting traceability solution is to assign a unique RFID electronic tag (equivalent to a "digital ID card") to each product, combined with reading and writing devices and cloud systems, to achieve full lifecycle information tracking from production, warehousing, logistics to terminal consumption. The core solution is to solve the problems of "difficult identification of authenticity, information gap in traceability, and difficult management and control of counterfeit goods".
1. Core components
• Hardware layer: High frequency (HF)/ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID tags (selected according to the scenario, such as anti tear tags for food and anti metal tags for industrial products, storing unique IDs and product information), fixed readers and writers on the production end (coding and information entry), handheld readers and writers on the logistics end (recording transportation nodes), terminal query devices (such as store barcode scanners and consumer mobile NFC functions).
• Software layer: Traceability management platform (core, recording data from production, logistics, and sales throughout the entire process), anti-counterfeiting verification system (supporting scanning codes/NFC to check authenticity), anti smuggling module (binding sales regions to identify abnormal flow).
2. Key process applications
1. Production coding: When the product is produced offline, the product information (such as production batch, raw material source, production date) is written into the RFID tag through a fixed reader, and a unique electronic code is bound to achieve 'one item, one code', ensuring that the information cannot be tampered with from the source.
2. Logistics tracking: When goods are stored, transferred, or stored in a certain area, staff use handheld readers to scan labels and automatically record each logistics node (time, location, and handler). The data is uploaded in real-time to the cloud, and managers can view the flow of goods at any time.
3. Anti counterfeiting verification: Consumers or terminal stores can verify in two ways: one is to use the NFC function of the mobile phone to approach the tag and directly jump to the official traceability platform to view the full chain information; The second is to scan the associated QR code on the label, compare the system data to determine authenticity, and avoid buying counterfeit goods.
4. Anti smuggling control: The system binds each tag to a designated sales area (such as 'East China'). If the goods are scanned in a non designated area (such as flowing into the North China area), the system will trigger a real-time smuggling warning to help the brand quickly locate the source of smuggling and maintain the market
